Z-Bar Night Vision branded products carry a five-year warranty from the date of product registration by the original purchaser. The warranty is transferrable but the new owner must notify Z-Bar Supply to have the warranty transferred. We warranty our devices from any manufacturing or warranty defects including but not limited to night vision intensifier tubes, housings, or power supplies.
Z-Bar follows all ITAR rules and expects its customers to do the same thing. Exportation of night vision equipment or related accessories (such as lasers, spare parts or literature) is strictly regulated by the US Department of State in accordance with the guidelines of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). It is a crime to ship or carry night vision devices outside the borders of the United States, punishable by fines and prison sentences. Pleading ignorance in court to breaking the ITAR rules is not a defense.
